Five families, one passion

Covim is the union of five Genoese coffee roasting families. For over 50 years we have worked alongside bars and we know what a good espresso needs every morning.

From Genoa, with technology

The historic roastery inland from Genoa grew into an innovative, sustainable plant of about 20,000 m². Roasting and grinding adapt to season and origin, because coffee is a "living fruit".
